This series of products is a hygiene-grade pressure-sensitive hot melt adhesive (PSA) specially designed and developed for disposable hygiene products such as diapers, sanitary napkins, medical underpads, and pet pads. Using thermoplastic elastomers (SIS/SBS) as the main body, combined with tackifying resins, eco-friendly rubber, and specialty additives, it is polymerized through high-tech chemical processes. The product is a water-white transparent solid block with 100% solid content, non-toxic, harmless, and environmentally friendly. Its excellent initial tack and holding power perfectly adapt to the stringent requirements of modern high-speed production lines (such as spray and slot-die coating systems), providing a stable, soft, and strong bonding solution for hygiene products.

  • Excellent Initial Tack & Fast Grab: The pressure-sensitive properties generate sufficient adhesion immediately upon contact, ensuring materials do not shift during high-speed folding, fitting, and assembly, thereby improving production line efficiency.

  • Strong yet Flexible Bonding Balance: While forming a strong bond between substrates such as paper, non-woven fabrics, and PE breathable films, the adhesive layer maintains high flexibility. It adapts to the bending, stretching, and deformation of the product without restricting the rebound of elastic materials.

Highlights: Stable peel force, smooth release from release paper, and no residue or transfer on the substrate.
4. Wetness Indicator Adhesive Chromogenic agent, rubber, wax, etc. 90-120 ℃ Application: Wetness indicator function for diapers.

Packaging, Storage & Safety

  • Packaging Specifications: Standard block packaging (specific weight can be customized upon request, e.g., 25kg/carton).

  • Storage Conditions: Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated warehouse. Avoid direct sunlight and keep away from fire and heat sources. Recommended storage temperature is below 35℃.

  • Shelf Life: Under unopened conditions and compliant storage, the shelf life is typically 12 months.

  • Safety Protection: The product is non-toxic and harmless in solid state. However, in the heated molten state, the temperature is high. Operators must wear heat-resistant gloves and safety goggles to prevent burns. In case of accidental burns, immediately rinse with cold water and seek medical attention.
