Elastic Ribbon: Utilizing premium raw materials like PTMG and MDI through high-tech chemical processes, this high-strength elastic ribbon provides stable and durable elasticity for various sanitary applications.

Elastic Waistband Material: A composite material made primarily from PP and PE, structured with two outer layers of non-woven fabric and a middle elastic film through a thermal bonding process. It serves as the breathable, soft waistband for diapers, with customizable widths to fit specific product designs.

High-Speed Machine Ready: Supplied in stable cake form, ensuring smooth unwinding for high-speed automated lamination with hot-melt adhesives without yarn breakage.

Customizable Width & High Retraction: The width can be fully adjusted according to customer requirements, offering low tension and high retraction for a comfortable, tailored fit around the waist.

Uneasy Deformation: The thermal-bonded construction ensures strong extension without deformation, keeping the diaper securely in place even for active babies.
