AE Series Electric Forklift Product Introduction

The AE Series electric forklift is a new series of high-efficiency, energy-saving electric counterbalance forklifts independently developed with a brand-new architecture, built on Hangcha's over 30 years of R&D and manufacturing experience in electric forklifts, breaking through traditional design concepts. Advanced Technology

• The entire permanent magnet series adopts an 80V voltage system, with both travel and oil pump motors using permanent magnet synchronous motors, featuring high efficiency, strong power, and low energy consumption.
• All-new rear-removable battery design that can be lifted or towed, providing more flexible battery replacement options.
• Controller, oil tank, and oil pump motor are all front-mounted, resulting in shorter piping length and lower energy loss.
• High-frequency MOSFET integrated controller ensures smooth and precise travel and lifting control, with excellent speed regulation performance and optimal motor-controller matching. Features regenerative braking, reverse plug braking, and anti-rollback on slopes, ensuring safety and reliability.

Safety

• Optional descent lock function cuts off lowering capability when the driver leaves the seat, ensuring high safety.
• Standard fork bottom cushioning function, with optional electronic top cushioning function, effectively protecting goods and the ground.
• Hand brake can be optionally equipped with an alarm buzzer to remind the driver to engage the hand brake before leaving the vehicle.
• Battery is positioned toward the rear of the vehicle for better longitudinal stability.
