Our Premium Absorbent Lining Tissue is a high-performance industrial raw material made primarily from imported Virgin Wood Pulp (fluff pulp) through advanced papermaking processes. With an adjustable weight of 13–40 g/㎡ and customizable widths ranging from 80–5600 mm, this tissue is strictly designed as an internal structural component for disposable hygiene products, such as sanitary napkins, panty liners, baby diapers, and medical under pads.

Product Highlights

High Wet Strength (Does Not Disintegrate): Unlike toilet paper, which is designed to disperse in water to prevent pipe clogging, this tissue is engineered to maintain structural integrity when wet. By adding wet-strength agents and optimizing fiber ratios, it achieves a high wet tensile strength (typically ≥≥ 50 N/m), ensuring it will not break, shed, or disintegrate during liquid absorption or under pressure.

Excellent Hydrophilicity & Wicking Ability: Acting as the first contact layer for the core, it features rapid water-wetting capabilities to guide liquid efficiently from the ADL (Acquisition Distribution Layer) to the fluff pulp/SAP core. Its transverse liquid wicking height is significantly higher than standard tissue, ensuring rapid and even liquid distribution while remaining highly breathable.

Fiber Encapsulation & Anti-Linting: Tightly wrapping the fluff pulp and SAP mixture, it prevents short wood pulp fibers from penetrating the top sheet or shedding. It also confines SAP granules to the core area, maintaining maximum absorption efficiency and a clean surface.

Low GSM & High Efficiency: Engineered to be extremely lightweight (13–18 g/㎡) while providing sufficient dry and wet strength. This minimizes the overall thickness of the hygiene product and prevents non-absorbent materials from taking up valuable core space.

High-Speed Machine Compatibility: Supplied in Jumbo Rolls with customizable widths, it offers stable tensile elongation and winding flatness, perfectly adapting to high-speed automated production lines (forming, laminating, sealing) for continuous operation with minimal downtime.
